HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga 40-RP © is a 75 minute set sequence consisting of 40 yoga asanas (postures), created and copyrighted by Randi Perrett, studio owner. Consulting  with a neurosurgeon, the 40 poses are created in a specific order, designed to work systemically through all dimensions of the body. Practiced in a heated room,  this is a meditative and detoxing practice ideal for yogis and athletes looking for a challenge. Hot Yoga 40 tones and sculpts major muscle groups, and it is proven effective for shedding unwanted pounds. Concentration, determination, self-control and patience; you will become a master of these traits on and off the mat with this hot yoga practice.

Randi has expanded the program and developed a more challenging class, Hot Yoga 41-RP ©.  This sequence includes postures from Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, Bikram, Forrest and Yee yoga styles; all in one practice.  These 41 asanas will allow students to take their practice to the next level.

 

HOT ABS with Gio

This is a 45 minute abdominal workout in a heated environment (first Hot Abs class in the Lehigh Valley). A strong core will allow you to keep optimal body alignment for whatever you’re doing (swim, bike or run). This class is a “Six Pack Attack” set to music with our awesome instructor, Giovanni Grella.                 DUMB BELLS ARE OPTIONAL…( 3 TO 15 LBS.) FOR A MORE CHALLENGING WORKOUT

 

YOGA FOR ALL LEVELS

This one hour sequence of yoga asanas is designed for those who have never taken a yoga class before or for a seasoned yoga veteran.  The class is both accessible and challenging.  The sequence changes for every class.  You will build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.  Set to music, this class will invigorate your entire body.

 

POWER YOGA

This one hour rigorous yoga sequence with strength postures will have you moving, breathing, and sweating. It is a fast-pace vinyasa class with focus on core strength. Power Yoga is ideal for yogis wishing to take their practice to the next level. Each session is set to music, and the sequence changes with each class.

 

MOVIN’ IN THE MORNING

Start your Saturday off right with this energizing yoga flow. Traditional poses help wake up the body and mind, setting you up for a great weekend. Suitable for beginning/intermediate practitioners.
Stretch it All Out
American sit too much, and it’s bad for just about every part of our bodies. Traditional yoga poses aim to stretch your body out, creating space in your joints and back. Leave class feeling less caved in and more open to the world around

BEGINNING YOGA

Not quite ready for the hot room? This class aims to get you more acquainted with the the poses you will see in the hot room or in more advanced classes.  Come begin your journey, I promise you wont regret it!

SLOW FLOW (with restoratives)

This class focuses on the fundamentals of yoga – breathing (pranayama), postures (asanas) and alignment.  It is ideal for those who are new to yoga or seasoned yogis who simply want to take a meditational and intentional pace.

 

KIDS CORNER

Kids Corner is a fun-filled yogacise class for children ages 5 – 10. We will lead your children through active dance routines, including tumbling, pilates, and yoga. Each Kids corner session promotes a healthy lifestyle while building self-esteem and social skills. Your children will enjoy indoor fitness play, leaving mom free to jump in on a Hot Yoga class. Make it a family fitness time!

 

COMFORT CALL YOGA

This class is our way of giving back to the community by creating a peaceful environment for those who are ill, rehabilitating from surgery, struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness or have other issues in their life. This is a one hour class that you are sure to enjoy.

Join us for a unique Yoga experience with gentle stretches, relaxation and meditation featuring live rhythmic drumming and Kirtan-style chant. This class will utilize props to help ease students into simple poses and is suitable for all levels. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat, small blanket and two towels. There is no fee for this community class—donations will be gratefully accepted!

          YOGA CARDIO AND ABS

The program incorporates yoga stretches, intense yoga abdominal workout and high intensity yogacise                routines. The class is 1 hour long and includes 15 minutes of warm ups, cardio/abdominal workout, and ends with yoga stretches and Savasana. Don’t be discouraged, beginners  are welcome. The instructors work with all of the participants to ensure a successful and safe workout. If you are looking to burn calories, shrink fat cells, learn self-defense, and boost your endurance and confidence – this is the class for you.  Yoga Cardio and Abs will give you the sculpted, lean body that you deserve.

 

GENTLE YOGA

This one hour class is great for seniors as it optimizes the idea “you are never too old to do yoga!”.  Stretch, breath and improve your strength through restorative yoga postures. For all individuals looking for a soothing and healing class, this is a wonderful introduction to the health benefits Yoga has to offer. The sequence changes each class, modifications will be given for any physical concerns. Guaranteed to increase mobility, inspire tranquility, and promote an overall sense of well-being.

 

MEDITATION CLASS

This dynamic class is designed to empower participants with tools and a solid foundation that they can take with them in their everyday lives. Regular students will develop new reflexive skills and behaviors that will allow them to take command of their state of being, even in times of difficulty. Each class is different, sometimes with an emphasis on laying foundational skills, others to address the emotional inhibitions that restrict their full expression and discovery of themselves. Empowerment comes as a natural result of self-discovery. Each class taken, or principle applied will lead the participant further down their own unique path of mastery.

 

 CORE YOGA

This class is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga which focuses on engaging the quotes “powerhouse”

or core muscles (abdomen,lower and upper back, hips, buttocks, and inner thighs) to help one achieve improved posture, stability, strength and definition.
